Business Law and Outside General Counsel

Joshua G. White has practiced law for more than 20 years, most of them inside companies, as in-house counsel at Airbus and Saudi Aramco.

At Airbus in Toulouse, France, he served as a senior lawyer, negotiating multi-billion-dollar agreements with aircraft engine manufacturers and advising senior leadership on legal and commercial matters.

Before Airbus, he spent nearly a decade at Saudi Aramco in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. As Head of Legal for Saudi Aramco Aviation, he oversaw legal work for one of the world's largest corporate aviation operations, including major fleet acquisitions. He also served as lead counsel in the early stages of a megaproject, with legal oversight of construction packages exceeding $10 billion and contractors from Spain, Korea, Japan, and Saudi Arabia.

He began his career in commercial litigation at Akerman LLP in West Palm Beach. In 2020 he moved to Northwest Florida to be near family and raise his children, and he founded The Law Office of Joshua G. White, P.A. there. He now does for growing companies what he did in-house: he learns the business first, then gives advice that fits it.
